Refund Policy

At Zawad.om, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-related courses and training programs. We aim for complete customer satisfaction, but we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, in compliance with Omani eCommerce and Consumer Protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued if the user has not started the course.
You have not downloaded any course materials, certificates, or other digital assets.
The course was purchased directly through Zawad.om.

Refunds will not be applicable if:
You have completed a substantial portion of the course or accessed downloadable content.
The course was purchased during a discount, promotional offer, or bundled package.
The course includes live or instructor-led sessions that have already been delivered.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@zawad.om within the eligible period and include:
Your full name
The email address used for purchase
The course name
The reason for requesting a refund

Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellations for Live or Instructor-Led Training
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start are not eligible for a refund.

4. Course Access or Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a course, please contact support@zawad.om immediately. Refunds for technical problems will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Compliance with Omani Law
This Refund Policy is aligned with the Omani Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) and the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. 69/2008). These laws ensure fair practices, transparency, and protection for consumers purchasing digital goods and services in Oman. Customers have the right to raise concerns with the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) if they believe their consumer rights have been violated.

6. Policy Updates
Zawad.om reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
